Baptist Church is a body of believers united in our love and desire to
follow Jesus Christ. If you desire to follow Him and to be loyal to and
supportive of the beliefs, fellowship, and mission of Temple, we invite
you to become a member.
Present yourself for membership
At the close of each worship service, an invitation is extended for you to come forward. A minister will greet you and introduce
you to an encourager, who will guide you in your decision.
Express your desire for membership
through one of the following means:
By Profession of Faith
If you receive Jesus Christ as your personal Savior
and Lord and will follow Him in baptism by immersion, we will welcome
you into membership.
By Transfer of Membership
From Another Baptist Church
As a Baptist member of another church, you feel that
God is directing you into our church family. We will take care of the
appropriate details for the transferring of your membership. You need
only to present yourself for membership.
By Statement of Faith
We are happy to receive you on your statement of having
previously accepted Christ as your Savior and Lord and experience baptism
by immersion as a testimony of your salvation.
