Extreme Serve was originally a 1-Day event scheduled for October
29, 2005. Leaders and teams had begun to plan and
evaluate projects and people they could help. Then
Hurricane Katrina came along and changed everything in
our area.
Extreme Serve began an entirely different focus. Teams
immediately helped with tree and debris removal, helping
with minor projects, etc. People still have projects
they need assistance with. Others are getting their own
houses and property back to normal and are now ready to
help.
