God has given all He has created for blessing and pleasure, which is realized only when possessions are put in the right relation to Him; they are a stewardship from Him.
We trust that when believers have the right perspective on earthly riches, they will benefit from the joy of generosity. As members understand these biblical principles, we see God move in mighty ways.
We pray our hearts will continue to follow a pattern of experiencing true generosity.
We ask that TBC members:
- Continually experience the joy of generosity through prayerfully seeking God's heart, asking Him what to give.
- Give an offering that stretches your faith and demonstrates sacrifice.
- Follow a "One Fund Giving Model." The Saturate Funding Initiative is accomplished through the One Fund Model. This model enables us to see that everything we do is missional. A part of this initiative is to challenge each of us to increase our financial support with a two-year commitment to the Lord’s work through our church.
Legacy of Faith
Giving through your lifetime and beyond
Have you considered the lasting effect your will/estate can have? Through proper planning, inheritances can be structured to ensure they assist, rather than hinder, loved ones, and protect against any threat of litigation. Additionally, gifts to charitable causes can be set up to ensure the great work being done will continue for many years.
Temple Baptist Church has partnered with PhilanthroCorp to provide formal estate planning year-round for church members at no cost to them. With estate planning help from PhilanthroCorp, you can ensure that the legacy you leave behind benefits the ones you love with 100% certainty. Starting with a phone interview. they will guide you through a simple process resulting in wills and estate documents that reflect your values and leave a lasting impact on loved ones and charities you hold dear. Their services are provided to you, by us, free of charge. The plan that PhilanthroCorp helps you create can then be implemented by your own personal advisor or PhilanthroCorp can refer you to an attorney that will draft documents at greatly reduced rates.
