A class that targets the abdominal and low back regions to strengthen your core muscles and sculpt those abs! (10 minutes)
BodyWorks Monday :: 9:15 a.m. & Thursday :: 5:45 p.m.
A class for all fitness levels designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. Each major muscle group is targeted using a variety of resistance equipment. If you want to lose body fat and sculpt your muscles, this class is a must! (60 minutes)
Bootcamp Wednesday :: 9:15 a.m.
Drill sergeants will get you in shape with this easy-to-follow interval basic boot camp style workout. Fitness boot camp may challenge you to get amazing results while you sweat, sweat, sweat your way to a shapely, strong, fit body and an entirely new you! (60 minutes)
Breath & Body Monday :: 6 p.m.
Refresh, Refocus, Renew. Increase strength & flexibility! Christian alternative to yoga. (60 minutes) room B251
Kickboxing Tuesday 5:45 p.m.
A high energy workout designed to get your heart rate going and tone up those hard to reach areas. (60 minutes)
Step & Sculpt Monday 5:45 p.m. :: 9:15 a.m.
Cross training class combing hi/low, step & weights for a tone/firm body! (45 minutes)
Tai Chi Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday 10 a.m.
An elegant, low impact exercise form that enhances physical and mental skills, as well as a spiritual focus.
*Each group fitness class is $2, with the First Session FREE! A punch card for 20 classes can be purchased for $30. Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning classes have childcare available. A punch card can be purchased for $30 & covers childcare for 20 classes.
