Extended Care Worker
This opportunity serves in the preschool during the 10:30 worship hour.
Children's Ministry (1st - 5th grades)
Bible Fellowship Teacher
This opportunity is available for both the 9:00 and 10:30 hours.
AWANA Leader
Wednesday nights during the school year our children memorize Scripture. This is an opportunity to help children learn and memorize Scripture.
Large Group
Our children experience a large group with songs, dances, and a brief message.
Middle School Ministry (6th - 8th grades)
Bible Fellowship Teacher
We offer 6th-8th grade Bible Fellowship classes at both the 9:00 hour and the 10:30 hour. These classes are separated by grade and gender. Volunteers are needed at both hours to teach by reviewing a lesson, guiding the discussion, and investing in students. Teachers will receive curriculum, equipping, and encouragement as they serve our middle school students.
Wednesday Night Leader
On Wednesday nights, our middle school and high school ministries start by meeting altogether in the Refuge worship room. After worship, our middle school students are dismissed to their own meeting space located outside the Refuge worship room on the second level. Volunteers are needed to monitor students in both meeting spaces during worship and preaching, guide students during the mid-service dismissal and be available for spiritual counseling if needed.
Volunteers willing to act as security and assist in keeping students in the designated areas are needed for both ministries.
Discipleship Group Leader
We are in search of volunteers to lead small groups of teenagers in discipleship. Group leaders will lead teenagers through the Student Disciple First Curriculum.
Camp Chaperones and Trip Leaders
We are always in need of adult men and women to us take students to help chaperon at camp!
High School Ministry (9th - 12th grades)
Bible Fellowship Teacher
We offer 9th-12th grade Bible Fellowship classes at both the 9:00 hour and the 10:30 hour. These classes are co-ed classes separated by grade. Volunteers are needed at both hours to teach by reviewing a lesson, guiding discussion, and investing in students. Teachers will receive curriculum, equipping, and encouragement as they serve our high school students.
Wednesday Night Leader

Volunteers are needed to monitor students during worship and preaching and to be available for spiritual counseling if needed.

Social media is now the first impression of the church. This is an opportunity to engage with our online community by replying to comments, committed to praying for people who ask and intentional engaging with TBC social platforms.
Sunday Online Experience Team
This is an opportunity to help create a warm and welcoming environment for our online community.
Photography Team
This is an opportunity to visually capture all the ways God is moving at TBC through photography.

Adult Bible Fellowship
Class Director
Primary Leader and Developer of the Bible Fellowship class.
Teacher (Must be a member of Temple for at least a year)
Primary Bible Instructor of the Bible Fellowship class.
Teacher In Training
Apprentice Bible instructor of the Bible Fellowship class.
Support Coordinator
Primary administration, communication & technology coordinator to assist the whole function of the class.
Gather Leader (Outreach)
Focuses on gathering prospects and guests into the Bible Fellowship class.
Social Events and Activities Coordinator
Promotes and organizes social events and activities that GATHER the class, guests, and prospects.
Hospitality Coordinator
In charge of hosting, greeting, and rolling out the red carpet at events and activities that - GATHER the class, guests, and prospects.
Grow Leader (Inreach)
Focuses on GROWing members through life-change to become Fully Developing Followers of - Christ and focuses on connecting and caring for every class member and guest.
Discipleship Groups
Strategically organizes Discipleship Groups that focus on getting everyone organized into authentic, relational, accountable discipleship groups that multiply using the Disciplefirst curriculum as a tool.
Care Groups
Everyone not in a Discipleship Group is organized into Care Groups for weekly follow-up and care.
Give Leader (Missions/Service)
Focuses on mobilizing members to GIVE their lives away through prayer, evangelism, service projects, and missions.
Missions/Serve Coordinator
Partners with Missions Office to promote and organize service projects, Mission trips, Adopt A Missionary, etc....
Prayer Coordinator
Partners with Prayer Ministry to organize and train the class in the area of prayer.
Rec Ministry
Basketball Coach
Serving as a basketball coach is a great way to use your influence and lead others to Christ. Basketball happens just after the new year.
