Communication and design
The purpose of this form is to build effective partnerships between the Communication & Design Team and other ministries. Complete this form to start a conversation with the C&D Team, so we can best support your project. To help us plan and serve you well, please submit requests at least three weeks in advance whenever possible. Projects submitted with less than three weeks’ notice cannot be guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate when we can. The sooner you submit, the better we can create something great together!
