Next Steps and Outreach Pastor
The Next Steps and Outreach Pastor oversees new member assimilation and directs outreach efforts at Temple Baptist Church, aligning with its mission and values. This visionary leader manages and coaches staff and volunteers, fostering community engagement and service. The role includes strategic leadership and direct supervision of the Missions, Recreation, Fitness, Facilities, and Hospitality teams.
Worship Pastor
The Worship Pastor leads and develops the worship ministry at Temple Baptist Church, creating a unified vision for worship across all age groups. They will work closely with the Creative Arts Director, Production Director, along with other staff and volunteers to deliver meaningful worship experiences. This role requires a servant leader focused on team development and long-term ministry growth.
Young Adults Pastor (Married/Singles 20s/30s)
The role of the Young Adult Pastor oversees all elements of ministry for the Young Singles Ministry and Young Married Ministry. In fulfilling the mission statement of the church, he will work toward accomplishing four primary purposes for this role: help people process their age-stage issues through the discipleship process, cultivate quality relationships with young adults, mobilize the groups in this ministry to reach out to young adults in our community, and maturing believers through the vision frame of Temple.
Communication Associate
The Communications Associate plays a key role in telling the story of what God is doing in and through the church by overseeing and executing digital, visual, and written communications. This position supports the church’s mission by managing weekly communications, partner with all TBC ministries to ensure clear and consistent communication channels, maintaining a strong and consistent social media presence, creating compelling content, and assist in recruiting and investing in the Communication and Design volunteers.
Temple's Learning Depot: Preschool Support Teacher
Preschool Support Teacher assist teachers in organizing the classroom, implementing lesson plans, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.They are expected to interact intensively with children to support social, emotional, educational, and spiritual growth, while responding sensitively to developmental issues and maintaining positive relationships with families. Professionalism, confidentiality, ongoing training, and adherence to institutional policies are also required.
Temple's Learning Depot: Pre K-2 Lead Teacher
Pre K-2 Lead Teacher involves supporting the social, emotional, positive, and spiritual growth of Pre K-2 toddlers through direct interaction in the classroom and collaboration with a designated support teacher. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing lessons, assessing and documenting each child’s learning and development, maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment, and fostering strong relationships with families. Staff are also expected to uphold professionalism, attend ongoing training, and comply with center policies while addressing the unique developmental needs of young children.
