Position Overview: As a College Bible Fellowship Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering Bible studies that encourage critical thinking, spiritual growth, and a deeper understanding of Christian faith and values.  

Responsibilities: 

  1. Curriculum Development: 
  • Choose relevant Bible passages, themes, and topics to engage college students. 
  • Foster discussion, critical thinking, and personal reflection. 
  1. Instructional Delivery: 
  • Teach engaging lessons. 
  • Encourage student participation and facilitate meaningful discussions. 
  • Provide guidance and support for students' spiritual and personal growth. 
  1. Mentorship and Support: 
  • Offer spiritual guidance and mentorship to students seeking additional support. 
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment for students to explore their faith. 
  • Be available for one-on-one consultations and discussions. 

Qualifications: 

  • A strong commitment to Christian faith and values. 
  • A deep knowledge of the Bible, theology, and Christian doctrine. 
  • Previous experience teaching or leading Bible study groups, preferably with college students. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Align with the mission, vision, and values of Temple Baptist Church.
